Notes:

- From a local review: "The quartet still offers as big and good a show as anyone... And music still plays second fiddle. It was then and remains hard rock of the most ear-bursting variety. But back then, when more than 17,000 fans would turn out, it played second fiddle only to the show. KISS was good, largely clean fun. A few songs were double entendres, but most were harmless. Last night... Stanley filled the air with lots of bad words and vulgar fish tales and wasted lots of time with not only his bawdy blither but by disparaging Michael Jackson, Duran Duran and the Thompson Twins and by angling for and orchestrating applause and cheers, then turning them into a useless 'battle of the fans'" (The Pittsburgh Press, 3/27/85).
- From another local review: "It was a familiar but still titillating KISS that played around the lips of the Civic Arena last night, and we'll take the metaphor no further... KISS would be almost camp if it weren't for the fact that the band and the music remain top-notch... There's something very likable about Stanley, who does the rambling, semi-obscene raps before each song. He's the Sid Nice of rock. He also trashed Duran Duran and the Thompson Twins and at one point improvised humorously with a Michael Jackson doll" (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, 3/27/85).
