Notes:

Four "national" flag versions of the album were released in their respective markets: Australia, Canada, Japan, and the United States. A Japanese only promo double-pack (Mercury/Nippon-Phonogram (PHCR-1245/PHCR-4213) that included the CDs of both "KISS My ASS" and "Double Platinum" was issued becoming the major rarity from this release. Numerous artists were mentioned for inclusion in the project, which didn't occur for one reason or another. B6/Track 12 not included on the US (non-vinyl) version.
